We do not offer refunds or exchanges for simple change of mind. As our items are fragile and woven fabrics, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for wear and tear, please refer to our CARE INSTRUCTIONS page on our website or your care card from your item packaging. If however, your item has been manufacturally damaged, unused and returned immediately from delivery, we will offer you a full refund or exchange providing that you have adhered to these instructions and provided full proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase is provided, we request the right to refuse your refund or exchange.

Items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase via Australia Post. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Once your item has been packaged and shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number. You can track your item directly via the Australia Post website.
