Once your order has been processed, packed and dispatched from Get Lazy HQ, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details to track your parcel with Australia Post. In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your selected Post Office (upon waiting collection) or have entered an incorrect address when making your purchase, your package will be returned to Get Lazy. You will incur a re-dispatch postage fee for your package to be re-dispatched to the same address or to the correct address.
As all of our orders are sent via Australia Post we rely on the delivery guidelines that Australia Post provide. All International orders will be in the hands of your local postal service once in your country. Depending on your postage option, we have outlined the approximate timeframe on our home page for each option, we have also outlined this below. Once your package has left the Get Lazy office, it no longer becomes our responsibility. Should your package be lost you can contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 with your provided tracking number to further discuss. We take absolutely no responsibility for lost or damage packages by Australia Post. We ensure all packages are inspected properly before leaving Get Lazy HQ.
Please note these guidelines are approximate and Get Lazy does not take any responsibility for Australia Post delivering packages late or outside their guidelines.
Please kindly note that Get Lazy is not liable for Customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for the holding times of packages by Customs. The prices within our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other Custom's charges that may occur. These costs are imposed by your local Custom's office and are outside of our control. If you are ordering from outside Australia, please familiarise yourself with your countries Custom charges and levies prior to placing an order. Get Lazy is not responsible if customers are not notified by their countries postal authority that items are awaiting payment.
Complimentary Order Tracking:
We include complimentary tracking on all of our packages so that you can keep up to date with where your package is at all times. Once your order has been completed, processed and posted, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. This is the number that you can use to follow up on the location of your parcel with Australia Post. Please note that once your parcel has left Get Lazy HQ, all information and tracking responsibility is held by Australia Post.
Please kindly note that ALL return shipping costs will be at the expensive of the purchaser.
Delivery Terms and Conditions:
Get Lazy will in no way be liable if the wrong shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund the order in this event. We are more than happy to re-dispatch your order however, you will be sent a re-dispatch invoice and payment is required before re-dispatching. You must also provide proof of this payment.
Get Lazy is not liable and in will take no responsibility if your parcel is stolen from your requested shipping address. We take no responsibility for safe drops or delivery instructions to leave your parcel unattended.

We will offer a full refund, exchange or store credit for any damaged or faulty items caused by the manufacture however please choose your item carefully as should you simply change your mind or make a mistake on your order, we are not responsible to supply you with a refund, exchange or store credit.
If you have made a mistake on your order, please ensure you get in contact with us via the Contact Form as soon as possible. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any items that were incorrectly ordered such as sizing, incorrect selection, etc.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the original packaging and all returns require proof of purchase.
Get Lazy will only accept returns for an item within 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
Get Lazy is not responsible nor will take any liability for any items damaged by postage. You will need to contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 to further discuss.
All items are carefully checked before completion and postage.
Once we have received your item, we will notify you that we have received it and then determine the correct refund process. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial institution.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
